Kosetsu Memorial Museum
Kosetsu is the pseudonym of Shimoda Utako. In honor of Shimoda, the museum is dedicated to women's artistic activities. The collection and research focus especially on the works of women painters from the 17th to 20th centuries, who have not been fully appreciated.

Center for Research of Literature
The Center for Research of Literature is home to diverse and extensive collections of manuscripts and other unique items of significant historical and artistic value, including a renowned collection of The Tale of Genji. These collections are meticulously digitized and gradually shared with the global research community. The center organizes conferences and exhibitions to introduce its findings and research activities, and it publishes an annual report.
